Using the data on the market for collecting milk from a decade, we find that the record of April 2009 (1 966 667 L / day) was exceeded by 3.4% in April 2010 (2,033,774 L / d). This growth confirms what I published in a previous Note (Dairy Boom in Tunisia) on the growth registered during the months of January and February 2010 (respectively 14.1% and +10.6%) Compared to the same months of 2009, which conceal in my view a poor quality of raw milk or what looks like raw milk (overuse and misuse of whey).
also a positive correlation between the annual growth in March and April and growth vs. year n year n-1. Thus, if all goes well we will transit about 21 million more per L in the gathering system compared to 2010 about half of which has already passed through this circuit between January and April.
will we see in the coming months to almost complete occupation of production facilities during the most critical phase of the year? The coming months will tell us more
