Yoga Kundalini is the source of all branches of yoga. Yoga is a particularly powerful in its effects, based on a physical practice (use of static postures, sustained and dynamic), respiratory (by sophisticated techniques), sounds and mantras, and relaxation, meditation, and integrating healthy lifestyle. In this practice the physical, psychological and spiritual are conceived as interdependent and worked extensively in the consciousness of their mutual links.

The practice of this ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga is designed to equip us to become the architect of our own well-being, protection, disease prevention, raise awareness and stress management. This technology works on different levels of being (physical, mental and spiritual) from kriyas (series of poses) using breath, sound (mantra), relaxation and meditation. Everyone goes at their own pace.
