BEFORE STARTING YOUR KUNDALINI YOGA ...

Your basic tools:

 Wear comfortable clothing for exercise.
 Please do not eat before a session of Kundalini Yoga. If you must eat, eat light, for example, produce one hour before the session
 Sit in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed for the period you have chosen to make your yoga practice.
 Have either a rug, sheepskin, or a blanket on which you can sit.
 Also have a shawl or blanket that you can use during the relaxation period or during meditation.
 Make sure you have a good amount of fresh water at hand during your yoga session.
